Witness & Reconnection Program

For several years now, we have devoted ourselves intensively to a very special task: reuniting people who knew one another during the Second World War or shared a common fate of persecution, and who later lost touch.

This is made possible by our long-standing expertise in research and by the large client base we have built up over the years. On this foundation, we have already succeeded in numerous cases in reconnecting Holocaust survivors who share a common history of persecution — enabling them to reach out to one another again after decades. We also bring families and descendants back together.

This work has also proven its worth in another, often decisive respect: time and again, it allows us to find witnesses for surviving clients whose applications had previously been rejected by the German Pension Insurance for lack of evidence. A rediscovered contemporary witness can make all the difference — both on a human and a legal level.

Would you, too, like to find a connection thought to be lost? Get in touch with us. We will do our utmost to revive bonds that once existed — with care, sensitivity, and the respect these extraordinary life stories deserve.
