For more than thirty years, Joachim Scholtz has specialized as a registered pension consultant (Rentenberater) in social insurance and pension law, with a particular focus on victim compensation law and ZRBG pensions for Holocaust survivors. Over this period he has represented several thousand clients.
As a registered pension consultant, he is authorized to provide registered legal services in the field of statutory pension insurance pursuant to Section 10 (1) no. 2 of the German Legal Services Act (RDG) and represents his clients before the social courts (Section 73 (2) of the Social Court Act, SGG).
Franziska Kipek
Head of Research, Archives & International Correspondence
Franziska Kipek has worked in this field for over ten years and holds a leadership role within our firm. She studied Religious Studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and is a trained foreign-language correspondent. At our firm, she is responsible for research, archival work, and international correspondence with our business partners — an interface where historical knowledge, linguistic expertise, and organizational skill come together.


Gal Ida
Israel Desk – Client Relations
A true all-rounder, Gal Ida is a load-bearing pillar of our team and the central bridge between our firm and our clients in Israel. Born in Petach Tikva, he came to Germany over ten years ago and brings an internationally shaped education, with degrees in Business Administration and International Management (Israel) as well as Healthcare Management (Germany). He completed his military service with the Israeli Air Force (IDF) in reconnaissance.
He has been part of our team since 2020, where he has played a decisive role in advancing the firm’s digitalization. Above all, however, he serves our Hebrew-speaking clients as their personal main point of contact and supports them in all matters. Versatile, reliable, and attentive, he has an open ear for every concern.
Anne-Kathrin Possekel
Secretariat & Executive Assistant
Anne-Kathrin Possekel is the organizational backbone of our German secretariat. As a trained retail business administrator, she combines commercial diligence with remarkable resilience and reliably supports management in all administrative and organizational matters. Even in stressful moments, she maintains calm, structure, and a clear overview.


Matthäus Kipek
Operations & IT – Administration
With the analytical eye of an engineer, Matthäus Kipek ensures that everything at our firm runs hand in hand. As a Master of Engineering, he manages the accounting, supports the team in administrative and organizational matters, and serves as our technical support. His combination of technical expertise and commercial diligence makes him a load-bearing pillar of our team.
