Born in Berlin in 1968, married + 2

1985-1988 training as a certified pension consultant

1988-1990 civil servant – overseas department of the German social insurance (this is the body that approves the pensions for work in the ghetto!)

1990 – until today – pension consultant in the private sector with a lot of experience in pension claims for work in the ghetto

Mr. Scholtz has 38 (!) years of legal experience dealing with compensation laws for Holocaust survivors. He represented thousands of Holocaust survivors and heirs before the various authorities as well as in the social courts in Germany.

1988-1990 עובד מדינה –  מחלקת חו“ל של הביטוח הסוציאלי הגרמני (זהו הגוף המאשר את הפנסיות על עבודה בגטו!)

1990 – עד היום – יועץ פנסיה במגזר הפרטי עם ניסיון רב מאד בתביעות של פנסיה על עבודה בגטו

למר שולץ ניסיון של 38(!) שנה של טיפול משפטי בדיני הפיצויים לניצולי שואה. הוא יצג אלפי שורדי שואה ויורשים מול הרשויות השונות וכן בבתי המשפט לעניינים סוציאליים בגרמניה.
