For me, it is both an honor and an obligation to continue to advocate for the interests of those whose rights deserve attention and support. I will continue my commitment as long as my skills can help protect people’s rights and needs.

Ms. Franziska Kipek was born and raised in Berlin and studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. Upon graduation, and inspired by her father (Mr. Joachim Schulz), Franziska began working for the SNP company in Berlin, where she first entered the field of compensation and social pension claims. Over the years, she gained a lot of experience in pension claims for Holocaust survivors and their heirs. For Ms. Kipek, this is not a normal job: her job is an honor and even a moral obligation that fills her heart with a sense of mission. As a hard-working and committed employee, Franziska advanced and today she serves as the CEO of the company. Working with Holocaust survivors and their families touched her heart and inspired her to serve people in this way. She was able to develop from a committed employee into a manager, for which she is deeply grateful to her father, Joachim Scholtz. He not only served as inspiration and support for her on this path.

גב‘ פרנציסקה קיפק נולדה וגדלה בברלין ולמדה אוניברסיטת לודוויג מקסימיליאן במינכן. עם סיום לימודיה, ובהשראת אביה (מר יואכים שולץ), החלה פרנציסקה לעבוד בחברת SNP שבברלין, שם נכנסה לראשונה לתחום של תביעות פיצויים ופנסיה סוציאלית. עם השנים, צברה ניסיון רב בתביעות פנסיה עבור שורדי שואה ויורשיהם. עבור גב‘ קיפק אין זה עבודה רגיל: תפקידה מהווה עבורה כבוד ואף חובה מוסרית הממלאים את ליבה בתחושת שליחות. כעובדת חרוצה ומחוייבת התקדמה פרנציסקה וכיום היא משמשת כמנכ“לית החברה.
